Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all customized and personalized items are final sale.

We kindly ask that you carefully review all spelling, dates, messages, and photo selections before submitting your order. Kustom Keepsakez is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, incorrect photo uploads, or low-resolution images.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

Rush orders are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Kustom Keepsakez is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers once an order has been shipped.

Colour & Image Variations

Please note that colours may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings and monitor variations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
